Amanda has been a member of the board since 2016. She graduated from University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire in 2013 with a B.A. in World Politics and Environmental Studies. While there, she interned for several environmental organizations, including the Student Office of Sustainability. After graduation, Amanda taught English in South Korea for a year through the EPIK program. Upon returning, she happily found a home in Minnesota, where she works in the energy efficiency sector. Amanda loves nature, and can be seen on the weekends biking, hiking, canoeing, cross country skiing, camping, and walking her dog, Lucky. She is honored to serve on the Board for Do It Green! because she is passionate about environmental outreach and education, and Do It Green’s resources make sustainability easy to accomplish!
