Dawson gained his appreciation for the outdoors by being part of the Scouting Organization growing up. There he learned the principles of ‘leave no trace’ and the beauty that comes with being truly connected with nature. He also learned the power of a supportive, interdependent community with aims to do good for everyone. Dawson believes that the environment needs to be protected and hopes to implement this in his future career path after attaining his architecture degree at NDSU, because of this Dawson joined DoItGreen! in July of 2020.
