Honeybees get lots of press, but there are more than 400 species of bee native to Minnesota that do a lot of pollination as well. The health of our wild bee population is uncertain but we know that their work is vital in the lives of many other species. With some simple woodworking, papercraft and natural materials we’ll create nesting boxes for various small, native bee species to give these local heros the support they need.
